Riviera Apartments Maintenance Request
Young Ladies,
To increase the quality of your stay at Riviera, we have electronic maintenance requests system that eliminates timely paper repair requests.
Maintenance comes on Monday morning at around 9:00 AM. At times 'emergency repairs' will occur that will merit more expedited timing, but will be taken on a time by time basis. If no one will be avaliable to allow maintenance in at these times, please make note of this in the repair request below.
Maintenance will not enter your apartment to do repairs if you are not home unless there is written permission on the door.
This system provides a simple method to go straight to our maintenance crew. Phone calls or Emails be sent to Marian Bird, or our managers, will be referred back to our electronic repair system. If there is no electronic request submitted, our repair crew will not know about your concerns, and will extend the repair time frame.
